Union Suites at Coit

Located in the heart of Grand Rapids, Union Suites at Coit is a multi-unit residential development where our team provided expert commercial masonry services. The scope of work included constructing CMU (concrete masonry unit) elevator and stair shafts, as well as installing a durable and visually striking brick façade.

Working in collaboration with Orion Construction and key partners like Beldon Architectural Elements and Michigan Certified Concrete Products, we helped bring long-lasting structural integrity and architectural character to this modern residential complex.
