Masonry Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview

‍We are seeking a dynamic Logistics Coordinator to join our team and take responsibility for all masonry equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for moving equipment and materials to and from projects as efficiently as possible. You will also be responsible for keeping our shop area clean and tidy, and servicing equipment when needed. A company vehicle will be provided for these duties.

Responsibilities

1. Efficient Equipment Movement
What winning looks like: Equipment is moved to and from job sites on schedule with zero delays.

• Coordinate with site managers for scheduling.
• Optimize transport routes.
• Ensure equipment availability aligns with project timelines.

2. Timely Materials Delivery
What winning looks like: All materials are delivered to the site accurately and on time, supporting uninterrupted construction progress.

• Maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Schedule deliveries effectively to meet project needs.

3. Regular Equipment Servicing
What winning looks like: All equipment is serviced regularly, minimizing downtime and extending equipment lifespan.

• Develop and follow a routine maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate with service providers.
• Keep detailed service records for all equipment.

4. Accurate Tool Tracking
What winning looks like: All tools are accounted for and available when needed, and reducing loss and theft.

• Implement a reliable tracking system.
• Conduct regular inventory audits.
• Train team members on tool check-in/check-out procedures.

5. Be Aligned with our Core Values

Requirements

• Knowledge of the masonry industry is preferred.
• Valid drivers license is required.
• Must have a clean driving history.
• Class A CDL is preferred, otherwise training is expected and costs will be covered by the company. Air brake designation is not required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Communication skills.
• Basic admin/tech skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet on a daily basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
