Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Masonry Laborer to join our team and grow in the masonry trade. In this role, you will support masons by preparing and delivering materials and assisting with daily tasks that keep projects moving efficiently. This is a hands-on position where you will work alongside experienced masons, gaining valuable skills and on-the-job training that can lead to advancement in the masonry industry.
Responsibilities

2. Be Proficient in the Skills Needed to be a Laborer
What winning looks like: Have a clear understanding of the industry terms and lingo, be able to predict what the masons need and what they are asking for.
- Learn the skill of laboring. Work smarter, not harder. Be able to read a tape measure, make cuts, and make mortar if needed.
- Masons should be more productive when you are there

3. Show that You Are Aligned with the Core Values
What winning looks like: You should have a clear understanding of the core values and why we have them.
Requirements
- Willing to learn and grow in the trade.
- Able to take instruction.
- Knowledge of the masonry industry is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Basic admin/tech skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet on a daily basis.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
